Volumetric Weight (KG) = Height x Width x Length (In CM)/ 5,000

Please note that any weight exceeding one kilogram (1KG) will be rounded up to the next kilogram. For example, a shipment weighing 1.01 kilograms will be billed at 2 kilograms.

Return Policy

If you discover any damage upon receiving your package, we urge you to promptly inform us, so that we may swiftly arrange for a replacement. In an unfortunate event of receiving a broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Dankotuwa Porcelain will cover the return shipping cost.

Items to be returned should be in unused condition. No cash refund will be offered for any returned item.

How to Return an Item:

1. Upon noticing any damage of products, kindly inform us through +94 11 407 8000 within 7 days to authorize the return. You may required to provide photographic evidence and invoice copy

2. Ensure that the product is securely repackaged in its original packaging materials.

3. Seal the box securely and dispatch it to the following address based on the advise by our call agent.
